"Raw Brownies w/ Ganache"

This is one my favorite things to have in the morning....BROWNIES!! That's right, a Brownie. I have my cravings just like everyone and this takes the Cake or ....Brownie, lol. This recipie is great for people who may be Anemic as Dates are high in Iron. Dates are also very high in sugar so if you are a Diabetic or have High Blood Pressure you may want to take it easy with this one. I make these over and over again, sometimes I dress it up adding nuts on top sometimes I don't make the Ganache. It just depends on how you're feeling and how much sweet you need to satisfy your "sweet tooth". Enjoy!

What You Will Need:

A Food Processor

Blender

8 1/2x 8 1/2 Square Pyrex Dish

Ingredients: 7 Prep time: 15 Minutes Serves: 12

Brownie:

1/2 Cup of Cacoa

1 1/2 Cup of Raw Walnuts

1/12 Cup of Dates

Ganache:

1/2 Cup of Melted Unrefined Organic Coconut Oil

1/2 Cup of Cacoa

1/4 Cup of Maple Suryp

1/4 tsp of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

1/4 tsp of Vanilla Extract

Directions:

Add all of the ingredients for the Brownie into your Food Processor. Blend for about 5 minutes or until it resembles pottery soil. Pour contents into your Pyrex Dish and press down with your hand or fist until it flat on top and squeezed into place.

For the Ganache add all the ingredients into your Blender while the oil is hot. Blend it for 3 to 4 minutes and the contents will become thick. Pour the Ganache on top of the Brownie mixture and let sit for 5 minutes. Serve
