"Tumeric Tea"


The "Better Health Beverage of the Week" was and still is Tumeric Tea! The combination of the awesome herbs (Tumeric, Ginger, Cinnamon and Nutmeg) make a spicy drink that's soothing to the stomach and calming to the spirit. When you add a plant based sweetener like Raw Agave Nector, Maple Syrup or Raw Honey it adds mild flavor to this already bold drink. Ingredients: 5

1/2 tsp of Tumeric

1/2 tsp of Nutmeg

1/2 tsp of Ginger

1/2 tsp of Cinnamon

1/4 tsp of Cracked Black Pepper

1 Quart of Water

Fill a tea kettle with water, add herbs and Black Pepper, cook until boiling. Let cool for 10 minutes and serve.
