"Chase Destiny's Vegetable Rolls"

My daughter is the author of this because these were prepared by her for lunch. She makes these as well as other dishes for lunch on a regular basis. It's important to teach your youth how to be independent of you for healthy meals if you want them to maintain a well balanced lifestyle. So without further or due, let's get to it!

Ingredients: sushi rolls, avocado , rice, seasoning of your choice Prep Time: 20 minutes Serves: 12

How to prepare: Put water in a bowl or tiny container. cook your rice on medium heat as soon as it starts bubbling turn your stove down to a three. Continuously check on the rice, when your at this stage of cooking the rice it goes much faster . Once your rice is done let it cool down with the top off and put a paper towel over it , check every five minutes to see if its cooled down. If it hasn't then stir and eventually it will be cool enough for you to use. Once it is cool get your sushi rolls out and make sure you have plates and a cutting board. put the rice on the sushi roll. But leave two spaces out for you to put the water. The water just makes the sushi stay together while your rolling . If you want you can add seasoning. Next put the avocado down the middle of the rice. Roll the sushi but cup it as if it is a burrito . Get a little bit of water on your index finger and put that on the two open parts of the sushi roll. Then get a sharp knife and cut the into there own individual sizes. (if you don't get it the first or second time that's otay because i didn't either, and the last roll you cut always comes out weird don't be discouraged)
