"Gingerbread Cookie Smoothie"

I was looking for a cool smoothie, something more than a "very berry" "mango blast" with Yogurt and Sugar etc. What I found was this awesome recipe created by Terri Gilson. It's creamy, smooth and spicy (as anything with Ginger should be). I decided to create my own Gingerbread cookie to go on top that you can mix with the smoothie to eat with a spoon for breakfast and it adds wonderful contrast in texture. It also makes for a nice garnish in a pretty picture...lol This is the "Better Health Beverage" of the week! Enjoy
