"Mint, Apricot Iced Tea"
Relaxing, Awesome and Cool on a hot summer day! That's what this tea is, is delicious. I would have this everyday if I could but we must have water so too bad I guess. This is a simple one so without further or due let's get to it!
Ingredients : 4 Time: 3 hours Makes: 8 cups
12 fresh mint leaves
1 quart of water
2 -3 chopped whole Apricots
1/2 Cup of Raw Blue Agave Nector
Directions:
Pour a Quart of Steam Distilled Water into a Tea Kettle. Place the chopped Apricots inside and cook until boiling, let sit for 10 minutes, add Mint leaves and cover. Let sit for 15 more minutes and pour into a Pitcher, pour in Agave Nector and stir until it dissolves. Put in the refrigerator with Mint and Apricot pieces for 3 hours or overnight. Serve Cold with Mint leaves for Garnish.
