"10 minute Mock Crab Salad"


Well....Well...Well, I am not sure I have ever gotten so many compliments on any dish I've ever made (and not to brag but I get a lot of compliments)! There is NO ONE who this dish will not satisfy. I truly believe that, it's made with Jackfruit, an Asian fruit with the texture of Crab Meat, my Cucumber Relish and Veganaise that's it. It's a snack for any occasion, family movie night, social gathering, church picnic, you name it and this will be one of your most requested dishes by Meat eaters hands down!

Ingredients: 5 Prep Time: 10 minutes Serves: 8-10

2 10 oz cans of Jackfruit

1/2 cup of Veganaise

1/4 tbsp of Dulse and Garlic Seasoning

1/4 tsp of Sea Salt

Drain, rinse and remove seeds from JackFruit. Break the fruit down into strips or bite size pieces and place into a large bowl. Add Veganise, Relish (recipe for Cucumber Mango Relish here) and seasoning, toss together with a fork and serve with crackers, chips or in a sandwich.
