"Strawberry, Banana, Oatmeal Smoothie"


It's that time again! "The Better Health Beverage of the Week" is a Strawberry, Banana Oatmeal Smoothie. I wanted something more hardy than the usual smoothie and this is truly yummy! Enjoy!

Strawberry, Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients : 6 Time: 5 minutes Serves: 2

1 tbsp of Rolled Oats

1 tbsp of unsalted Almond Butter

1 ripe Banana

5 Frozen Strawberries

1 tsp of Raw Honey

1 ½ cup of Vanilla Almond Milk

Directions:

Put all ingredients into a High Speed Blender and blend for 3-4 minutes. Best served cold.
