"Berry Chai Smoothie"
Love it! Love it! Love it! I think this Smoothie is just DELICIOUS!!! My daughter and I used to love to have a cup of Chai Tea with Pumpkin Bread from Starbucks but when I found out that Caffeine was not a friend to my failing health and Adrenal Glands, I dropped Chai :-(.... Well, I GOT MY CHAI BACK!!! Not only do I make Chai Tea again without the Black Tea and it's just as amazing the "Better Health Beverage Of The Week" brings the Chai taste to a creamy, spicy and sweet Smoothie that will knock your socks off! I'm so happy!!! Enjoy!
Ingredients : 9 Time: 5 minutes Serves: 2
¾ cup of Organic Coconut Milk
½ cup of Vanilla Almond Milk
½ cup of frozen Blackberries
½ cup of Frozen Blueberries
1 ½ tbsp of Raw Blue Agave Nector
1tbsp of Ground Ginger
½ tbsp of Ground Cardamom or 1 Cardamom Pod Ground up
½ tbsp of Ground Allspice or 1 ball ground up
½ tbsp of Ground Cloves or 1 full Cloves ground up
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a High Speed Blender and blend for 3-4 minutes. Best served cold.
