"Simple Ginger Beer"
It's that time again! "The Better Health Beverage of the Week" is a very simple Ginger Beer. Though it's not carbonated like Jamaican Ginger Beer it still has a very frothy taste. If you want it to really get that Beer like texture, let it sit out for a day and you won't be disappointed....ENJOY!
Ingredients : 5 Time: 1 hour Serves: 2
1/3 cup of Maple Syrup
2 Thumbs of Fresh Ginger Minced
3 Cups of Cold Water
Juice of 1fresh squeezed lime juice
½ tbsp of Nutritional Yeast
Mix all ingredients together in a pot, boil on low for 15 minutes, strain and pour into Ball Jar, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour.
